Ah, wow..the joys of buying a house! It's exciting, nerve wracking, scary, and fun!

We put a bid/contract on a house last night. Got a counter offer this morning. So, Karen and I are working on our counter-counter-offer. :)

Can't wait though..if this is the house that the Lord wants us to have, it will be a lot of fun! Even has a garage for me :)
